VISION:

To reduce the morbidity and mortality due to end- stage renal diseases and all other curable illnesses. As a healthcare worker,and a person who just lost a sister to kidney failure, I recognizes that by making the necessary technology available , simple secondary medical intervention could help million of lives in Nigeria and other developing countries Starting dialysis, a basic procedure that can prevent death from chronic kidney failure, pot of life foundation mission is preventing ,treating all curable diseases leading to renal failure, bring help and hope through education, health promotion , patients services,  prevention, transplantation , organ donor awareness, and establishing a national kidney and organ registry in Nigeria.

Our goal is to build international bridges for the sustainable transfer of  highly  technical health services to the people of Nigeria and other developing countries. To develop and implement programs as well as under take any necessary actions that will help strengthen the health of Nigerians and be able to deliver effective, efficient , quality and affordable health service to all Nigerians, to eliminate and eradicate diseases leading to renal failure and to significantly increase the life expectancy and quality of life of all Nigerians.

Our strategy:

Rather than just providing medical services, my organization will also build a medical education center, the bridges necessary to create sustainable access to such services. We intends to make dialysis treatment affordable and accessible to both children and adults in Nigeria through a national kidney program centered in the hand of primary centers that will serve as referral outlets for people needing treatment. The strategic foundation of our work is to collaborate between institutions with shared goals and interest. We will identifies the institutions and people in the West who will be interested in long-term partnerships with Nigeria and can provide equipment, training and education. In addition, indentifies the institutions and people in Nigeria who have the capacity to provide fund to develop the centers. Our organization’s initiative is the bridges we will build between Nigerian hospital and other medical institutions. several organization s in the U.S and elsewhere will have to participate in the initiative, thus minimizing capital expenditure on establishing and maintaining the dialysis clinics and reducing the cost of the service to the patients.
